Welcome to Wearby. Here is a detailed order policy that will guide and explain how to benefit from our app when ordering the design, sourcing, or production of your garments. We strive to provide a seamless and comprehensive experience to ensure your satisfaction with our services. Below are the different processes and stages that your order will go through from requesting to payment, discussion with production heroes about the order details, labeling, production, packaging, shipment, and receipt by the customer.

Order and Registration

1. Account Registration

  • To enhance your ordering experience, you must register for an account on the Wearby app.
  • Fill in the required information accurately and update it when necessary.

2. Placing an Order

  • Choose the service you require (design, sourcing, production).
  • Complete the required form and provide detailed information about your requirements.
  • You can specify details such as fabric type, accessories, desired designs, and production quantities.

Payment Process

1. Initial Payment

  • After placing an order, you are required to pay 50% of the order value as an initial deposit.
  • Payment is made through our secure server using EV SSL certification to ensure transaction security.

2. Final Payment

  • The remaining balance is due upon completion of the production process and before shipping.

Communication with Production Heroes

1. Assigning a Production Hero

  • After the initial payment, a Production Hero will be assigned to your order.
  • You can communicate with them via the chat feature in the app to receive constant updates.

2. Updates and Discussions

  • You will receive notifications at various stages of the production process.
  • You can discuss details and provide feedback directly through the chat with your Production Hero.

Order Stages

1. Design

  • The design team creates sketches and designs based on your requirements.
  • This stage includes drawing, creating tech packs, style patterns, and 3D views and models of designs.

2. Sourcing

  • We work to find the appropriate fabrics and accessories for your designs.
  • We ensure the quality of materials and their suitability for your requirements.

3. Production

  • The production stage begins after you approve the designs and materials.
  • This stage includes sample creation and then moving on to bulk production.

4. Labeling and Packaging

  • After production is complete, products are labeled and carefully packaged.
  • We ensure quality packaging to protect the products during shipping.

5. Shipping and Delivery

  • We ship the products to your registered address using reliable shipping services.
  • You will receive a notification when your order is shipped, and you can track the shipment via the app.

1. Delivery

  • Upon receiving the order, check the products to ensure their quality and compliance with your requirements.
  • If there are any issues, you can contact our customer support team.
